Typical of longkeeper tomatoes, the skins are thick, the flesh firm, and the seed\/gel sacks a contrasting burst of juiciness. Bombeta is a \u003cem\u003every\u003c\/em\u003e strong producer for us and stores several months. The flavor has typical bright acidity and gains depth as it slowly ripens in storage.
